Refund policy
At Offkode, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a flexible exchange and return policy to make your experience smooth and worry-free.
1. Eligibility Window
You may initiate an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Process
Once your exchange/return request has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
For exchanges, the estimated delivery time is 7–10 working days after your request is approved.
For returns, refunds will be issued as a credit note once your item passes our quality check. The credit note will be emailed to you.
3. Quality Inspection
All returned/exchanged items undergo a quality check. We reserve the right to decline requests if:
The product shows signs of wear and tear, is damaged, or is missing original tags, packaging, or dust bags.
4. Refunds & Credit Notes
Refunds are provided in the form of a credit note only.
All credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. Any unused balance will expire after this period.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Shipping for Returns/Exchanges
Customers are responsible for booking and shipping the return/exchange item(s) to our business address.
We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
